Alana Osborn-Lief

Alana Osborn-Lief (she/her) is a college admissions counselor, executive functioning coach, and actor/writer. As a woman who wears many hats, she understands the need to work smarter and not harder. She designed the CSP program to do just that.

After  watching the college admissions process get more and more competitive over the last 10 years, Alana created a program for students to write and plan over the summer, so they can live healthy and  balanced lives at school in the fall. She created organizational tools that help students manage the added workload and guides students (and parents) through strategizing course choices and developing strong extracurricular profiles. Her unparalleled approach to college admissions allows students to develop unique applications with cohesive through-lines.

Alana has a wide range of instructional experience, from teaching beginning essay writing in the classroom to creating specialized curricula for homeschooled students with learning differences/disabilities. In addition to college admissions, Alana works as an executive functioning coach for clients managing life and school with ADHD.
